Our end of tenancy cleaning service helps present the property at its very best. Our cleaners work to detailed checklists designed around landlord and agent requirements, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Carpet and upholstery cleaning can be added where required.

 

The Service Process Explained

End of tenancy cleaning starts from £22 per hour, with possible discounts when carpet cleaning is booked at the same time. The same rates apply on Saturdays and Sundays.

The cost of organising a full set of equipment and materials starts from £60 (all equipment and materials are included with carpet cleaning services). The hourly-charge approach often works out cheaper for the client and allows us to remain highly competitive. We make every effort to send experienced cleaners who work efficiently and make the best use of the time available.

Depending on the number of hours authorised, a cleaning may include:

– Kitchen cleaning, including ovens, fridges, freezers, cupboards and sinks
– Bathroom cleaning, including tiles, baths, showers and glass surfaces
– Interior window cleaning where windows are within reasonable reach
– Stain removal where appropriate and practical
– Dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning throughout the property
– Priority areas according to your instructions

For best results, fridges and freezers should be defrosted before the cleaning visit.

Usually we agree an initial number of hours while allowing flexibility for the cleaners to stay longer if required. We generally recommend that someone checks the completed work and confirms the hours worked. Please also let us know in advance whether you would like us to provide equipment and cleaning materials. request the cleaners can also do the interior of the windows if they are within reasonable reach.

Follow-Up Visits and Inventory Reports

VERY IMPORTANT! If you are a tenant and your landlord/ Inventory Company requires extra cleaning we are happy to send a cleaner back. Charges apply at all times, as we do not give you high fixed quotes with free return or refund options. We ask the client to check after the cleaning. We cannot guarantee that there will not be issues or problems identified in an inventory report. However, we have a commitment to send a cleaner back within 24 hours after a reported problem. A reduced charge of £14 will be applied if you had authorized us to work as many hours as needed; a full hourly charge plus delivery will apply if you have authorized only a fixed number of hours for the cleaners. Please make sure to communicate to your landlord that your cleaning company will come to rectify within 24 hours any problems they or their estate agent might have highlighted; this is to avoid situations where a small problem is used as an excuse to keep the deposit or charge very highly for a third company follow-up visit.
