MOVING IN/ OUT, END-OF-TENANCY
AND SPRING CLEANS
Beck and Call trains operatives who specialise in in-depth cleaning projects .e.g. at the end of a tenancy or for spring-cleaning. Maids can be equipped with everything needed to clean all areas of the property, including kitchen appliances and cupboards. We have our own carpet and upholstery cleaning services (see separate section) and we can also provide extra property maintenance services: painting, decorating, electrics, carpentry, building repairs, rubbish removal, window cleaning. This is a full-package service often requested within our end-of-tenancy offer. We are happy to deal with last-minute requests.
We work with house-owners, tenants and letting agents and we are familiar with the professional standards required at the end of a tenancy. We can provide a service guarantee; if you are not entirely happy with the job we have done, then we shall come back to rectify the problem. We are happy to provide references from both domestic and commercial clients (including office buildings, letting agents, embassies, etc).
Our rates for spring-cleaning are based on the number of hours required according to the size of your property. Our all inclusive hour rates start from £11 per hour (surcharge applies if we have to provide all chemicals and equipment). Normally, we agree a basic number of hours and the maid/s has the flexibility to stay longer if needed. We expect the maid/s will be let in and than somebody will come, check the work and verify hourly payment information. As a rule, any domestic cleaning includes immaculate cleaning of the kitchen (oven, fridge, cupboards, etc), bathrooms (tiles, glass, and surfaces), dusting, vacuum cleaning, etc. Upon request the maids can also do the interior of the windows and wipe stains from wall surfaces. Our rates for letting agents are based on the size of the property and the type of service. Please give details of the areas to be cleaned: number of rooms, stairs, lounge areas, toilets and, if applicable carpet cleaning and/or upholstery cleaning.
